📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments • Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management practices • Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift • Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to support service availability and effective troubleshooting • Investigate complex infrastructure and deployment issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements • Integrate security into infrastructure and delivery workflows, including access control, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation • Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, resilience, and cost • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical options, and propose suitable solutions • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and recovery processes • Support colleagues through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation, including ownership of production environments • Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills • Good understanding of networking, DNS, TLS, and load balancing • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell • Strong understanding of Git workflows and collaborative development practices • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, or cloud-native equivalents • Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs, work independently, and take responsibility for solutions from implementation through operation • Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Good English skills, both written and spoken • Nice to have: Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux, and application packaging with Helm • Nice to have: Exposure to cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and highly available architectures • Nice to have: Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security checks • Nice to have: Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications
