📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions • Work with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities • Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions • Research, assess, and recommend solutions aligned with client needs, business value, technical constraints, security, and maintainability • Design, develop, test, deploy, and improve production-grade UiPath automations • Use reusable components, robust exception handling, logging, testing, and software engineering practices • Contribute to solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations • Apply AI-assisted engineering and AI-enabled automation capabilities while validating outputs and protecting data • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions through structured support and ticketing processes • Improve automation resilience, performance, and operational efficiency • Partner with software engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and automation specialists • Contribute to solution design, code reviews, estimations, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development and/or automation engineering experience, including strong hands-on delivery of enterprise automation solutions • Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation, preferably UiPath, covering solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably C#/.NET • Experience with clean code, debugging, version control, error handling, logging, and code review practices • Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions • Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases, files, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Senior-level ownership, client orientation, adaptability, and ability to mentor colleagues • Ability and willingness to broaden expertise across Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled automation • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, structure effective prompts, critically validate outputs, understand limitations, protect sensitive information, and take ownership of the final result • Fluent written and spoken English • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, connectors, and solution-oriented Application Lifecycle Management • Nice to have: Experience with AI-enabled automation, document understanding, intelligent extraction, natural-language interfaces, copilots or agents, and human-in-the-loop solution patterns • Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft 365, SAP, REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, Git, CI/CD, Azure, Excel-based automation, or enterprise credential and monitoring practices • Nice to have: Experience with process discovery or Process Mining technologies such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis • Nice to have: UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or relevant AI certifications
