📋 Description

• Download, save, and organise construction plans and project documentation • Review and prepare plans for quantity take-offs and quoting • Complete accurate quantity take-offs from construction plans and drawings • Support the estimating and quoting process by preparing required plans and project information • Assist with the day-to-day estimating workload • Take on additional estimating responsibilities as familiarity with the business and its processes develops

🎯 Requirements

• Previous roofing estimating and quantity take-off experience is preferred • Experience with metal roofing and cladding is highly advantageous • Confident in reading construction plans and completing accurate take-offs • Groundplan experience is highly preferred • Simpro experience is beneficial • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Australian experience is advantageous, but relevant experience from the US, Canada, Philippines, or other markets will be considered
