📋 Description

• Provide high-level finance support to a team of professionals • Support financial processes, purchasing, records management, and administrative services • Deliver multiple financial support activities using primarily MYOB AccountRight • Document MYOB AccountRight processes • Maintain, verify, and authorize creditor records prior to payment • Prepare creditor accounts for timely payment • Investigate, rectify, and escalate accounts payable discrepancies and queries • Prepare debtor invoices and statements • Contact clients regarding overdue accounts payable • Reconcile and process back charges • Validate expense claims • Maintain insurance registers and payment reminders • Prepare regular and ad-hoc account reports • Prepare information supporting account-function audits • Respond to internal and external accounts and invoice enquiries • Maintain Account Status STOP WORK updates in MYOB AccountRight and other internal systems • Perform invoicing and payroll code checking • Prepare invoicing for review • Perform bank reconciliations against internal systems • Monitor Creditor Watch for potential risks to AMETS • Undertake other duties as directed by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications relevant to finance administration support • Proficiency with MYOB AccountRight • Ability to maintain accurate and complete financial data • Ability to manage creditor records and accounts payable • Ability to prepare debtor invoices and statements • Ability to investigate and rectify accounts payable discrepancies • Ability to prepare account reconciliations and financial reports • Ability to support audits of accounts functions • Ability to reconcile and process back charges • Ability to validate expense claims • Ability to maintain insurance registers and payment reminders • Ability to respond professionally to accounts and invoice enquiries by phone and email • Ability to perform invoicing and payroll code checking • Ability to monitor Creditor Watch for potential risks • Ability to work professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner • Ability to collaborate with internal staff, stakeholders, and government agencies
