📋 Description

• Oversee operational controlling tasks for six CEE affiliates and MCO countries • Take responsibility for monthly closings and participate in year-end closings as part of management reporting • Prepare and communicate variance analyses as part of ongoing reporting • Support local management and CEE affiliates in budgeting and forecasting processes • Further develop and optimize internal processes and reporting systems within the Controlling function • Collaborate closely with the Accounting team, local departments, and affiliates

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling • 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling or Accounting, preferably in an international environment • Excellent MS Office and SAP skills • Very good command of English, both written and spoken • German is a plus • Strong analytical skills and a high level of numerical affinity • A precise, independent, and structured approach to work • High level of reliability, motivation, and willingness to learn • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
