📋 Description
• Creating and maintaining Amadeus driven technology (Smart Flows, Smart Script, Quality Monitor and Concur Compleat) • Support multiple servicing platforms within Altour corporate travel • Increase productivity related to the agent workflow process, end-to-end automation, client services and operational quality assurance • Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution • Weekly script updates which include thorough QA testing of all key scripts • Create and maintain documentation • Assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction support as needed • Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features, operational processes and capabilities • Recommend new solutions and processes needed to meet team, client, reporting & operational goals. • Work with stakeholders to identify the business needs. • Communicate regularly and effectively on the status of all current projects. • Conduct and/or participate in meetings to provide an overview of systems and integration processes and technology as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts, Amadeus Smart Flows, and use of Amadeus Quality Monitor tools • Background successfully integrate Smart Scripts with APIs or Databases. • Proficiency in deployment of solutions to agents • Substantial skills and proven working knowledge of Amadeus with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards • Experience and understanding of version control concepts and practical application of systems • Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products • 3 or more years of Amadeus Automation development • Experience using Concur Compleat • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
