• Take charge of software-development efforts focused on improving an existing product • Clarify requirements with product and UX teams • Translate requirements into sprint-ready tickets • Coordinate developers and QA • Keep stakeholders informed through status reports and demos • Set up and maintain an agile framework • Manage dependencies and flag scope creep early • Deliver on-time with clear roadmaps, burn-down charts, and post-release metrics
• Experience in software improvement project management • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Jira or equivalent) • Ability to drive measurable performance gains • Understanding of version-control workflows • Knowledge of continuous integration and performance monitoring tools
