• Lead and develop a consulting team delivering Sage 100 C/SCM/SFO implementations, managed services, and client support for construction and service contractors. • Design and refine scalable delivery models, including a fixed-price implementation framework and a managed service plan (MSP) offering, driving both operational efficiency and client value. • Oversee project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and consistently high client satisfaction, measured through quality outcomes, retention, and advocacy. • Monitor team and project performance using key indicators such as utilization, margin, MSP adoption, and customer satisfaction, continuously improving delivery processes and results. • Foster strategic partnerships with Sage and ecosystem partners (BuildOps, ServiceTitan, Procore) to enhance integration capabilities, expand solution adoption, and strengthen Accordant’s market position. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development, and client success teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong communication, and alignment on client outcomes. • Champion operational excellence by embedding best practices, maintaining strong financial performance, and cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading ERP or construction technology implementations, ideally with Sage 100 Contractor or related platforms. • Deep understanding of construction operations, job cost accounting, and field service workflows. • Proven success building and managing consulting or service delivery teams. • Experience developing fixed-price and/or managed service offerings with measurable client and financial results. • Familiarity with third-party construction software (BuildOps, ServiceTitan, Procore) and Sage ecosystem integrations. • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills, with a track record of driving performance and growth.
