📋 Description

• Utilize the ACM Bid Templates (Excel) to create estimates for ACM’s services. • Send estimates (in PDF format) to customers directly via email. • Maintain complete and accurate information in the CRM for each of your assigned projects. • Track all correspondence & sent files between yourself & customers in the CRM. • Attend weekly Estimating & Admin meetings. • Maintain relationships with existing clients assigned to you via phone call & email. • Solicit work from existing clients assigned to you. • Answer customer questions regarding your estimates or ACM’s services. • Search for potential project leads. • Participate in “Pre-Con” meetings as a consultant to other admin personnel as needed. • Schedule site walks between customers & project/account supervisors as needed. • Request quotes from subcontractors as needed. • Schedule services between customers & subcontractors as needed. • Remain aware of current State, Federal, & Union prevailing wage rates. • Maintain an organized personal folder in the company Dropbox.

• Basic accounting • Microsoft Excel proficiency • Moderate skill in other Microsoft Office applications • Familiarity with basic financial institutions & insurance company functions • Customer service • Organization • Ability to meet deadlines consistently • Independent motivation
