🎯 Requirements
• 1.5 or 1.5+ years of experience in sales admin, telecalling, CRM-based coordination, or similar • Background in managing small teams virtually is preferred • Confident Hindi communication (English preferred but not mandatory) • Strong team supervision, lead management, and follow-up ability • Hands-on with CRM tools (Odoo preferred), Google Sheets, WhatsApp • Own laptop/desktop with stable internet • Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business • SIM card for calls will be provided
