• Support our customers and assist them in using our product • Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications (first-level support) • Advise and assist customers in redesigning and optimizing their processes • Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding product development • Identify unmet customer needs and develop new solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Experience or vocational training in accounting • Experience in fiduciary services/accounting firms is an advantage • Strong sense of responsibility and very quick comprehension • Strong customer orientation • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and simply • Fluent in German and good command of English
