• Release Documentation Support: Assist with preparing initial drafts and supporting materials for recurring release artifacts • Training & Enablement Support: Support updates to product enablement and training materials as new features are released • Product Research Support: Conduct supervised research to help inform product positioning, roadmap conversations, stakeholder discussions, and future planning • Product Enhancements Backlog Support: Assist with maintaining and organizing the Product Enhancements Backlog • Learning Objectives: Gain exposure to product release operations, product documentation practices, and cross-functional collaboration
• Current student or recent graduate with interest in product management, product operations, documentation, business analysis, training, communications, or a related field • Strong written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to summarize information clearly and accurately • Comfort working with structured documents, spreadsheets, presentations, or collaboration tools
