• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned utility programs, from client onboarding to ongoing operations and optimization. • Manage program timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client-ready reports. • Anticipate risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep programs on track. • Serve as a day-to-day contact for utility clients, fostering strong, transparent relationships. • Understand client goals and performance metrics, ensuring program activities align with desired outcomes. • Deliver updates, dashboards, and insights to utility partners, highlighting results and recommendations. • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide structured client feedback, feature requests, and user insights — acting as the voice of the customer. • Work closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager to develop and refine customer recruitment and engagement strategies. • As part of Operations, align resource planning, field execution, and support workflows. • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as enrollment, participation, satisfaction, and load impact. • Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend design or operational adjustments to help utilities achieve their goals. • Contribute to internal performance dashboards and share insights that inform company strategy. • Continuously refine processes to improve scalability, consistency, and client satisfaction.
• 4–7 years of experience in program or project management within the utility or energy sector. • Proven success in client-facing roles managing multiple external stakeholders. • Strong understanding of utility programs, DERs, or demand response. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills — able to use insights to drive program improvement. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and with clients. • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong follow-through and accountability. • Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced environment with limited structure. • **Preferred:** • Experience in tech-enabled utility programs or SaaS delivery. • Familiarity with utility incentive structures and reporting. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field. • PMP, Agile, or similar certification a plus.
