📋 Description

• Configure and build solutions in Salesforce and other business systems based on defined requirements • Implement functionality using Salesforce configuration and custom development (Apex) where appropriate • Design and support integrations across Salesforce and related tools using APIs to ensure accurate and reliable data flow • Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes • Design solutions with a focus on user experience, usability, and adoption • Partner with Business Analysts to execute against a prioritized backlog • Create clear documentation as part of solution delivery to support scalability and long-term maintainability • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, workflows, and efficiency within supported platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, with a focus on Salesforce • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Experience with Apex and Salesforce automation tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.) • Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations • Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, data, and integrations • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies as systems evolve • Experience designing solutions with usability and end-user experience in mind
