📋 Description

• Support a large-scale corporate asset transfer project • Manage legal workflows through legal technology platforms • Collate, organise and maintain corporate documentation and legal records • Prepare correspondence and legal documentation • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness • Coordinate execution of legal documents • Liaise with stakeholders to progress documentation • Maintain accurate project records • Support the General Counsel

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced corporate paralegal • Legal operations or legal tech experience • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
