📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, etc.) • Manage and scale advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and acquisition • Monitor and optimize key metrics: CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting • Analyze campaign data and generate performance insights • Identify and test new traffic sources and scaling opportunities • Execute and scale search arbitrage campaigns • Optimize keyword bidding strategies and monetization funnels • Monitor CPC trends and traffic quality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and budgets • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Experience with Google Ads and at least one other paid platform • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Voluum, RedTrack, etc.) • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
