📋 Description

• Provide virtual individual, family, and group psychotherapy services • Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations • Develop and update individualized treatment plans • Complete discharge summaries and clinical documentation • Collaborate with families, schools, referral sources, and treatment team members • Participate in supervision, case consultations, and staff meetings • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, state, and agency requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent) • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults • Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health conditions • Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Reliable high-speed internet connection and private HIPAA-compliant workspace
