• Ensure product quality and drive user-centered improvements • Conduct comprehensive manual testing of new features post-release • Validate that product functionality aligns with architectural workflows and user expectations • Identify edge cases and usability issues that could impact architect productivity • Ensure product updates maintain the integrity of material specification processes • Own and optimize the bug ticketing and tracking process across teams • Track and document data quality issues and errors for the Data team • Prioritize issues based on user impact and business objectives • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams on bug resolution and verification • Create and maintain documentation for known issues and workarounds • Drive continuous improvement in our quality processes • Assist with user research to understand material selection pain points • Assist with synthesizing feedback on new features and workflows • Partner with Product Managers to translate insights into actionable improvements • Support usability testing sessions and user interviews • Document user journeys and workflow inefficiencies • Serve as liaison between Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience teams • Communicate technical and data quality issues in terms architects and stakeholders understand • Support Customer Experience with complex product inquiries • Collaborate with Data team to ensure material information accuracy • Contribute to product roadmap discussions with user-centered insights
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field • 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture firms (preferably commercial) • Hands-on experience with design software (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM platforms, etc.) • Deep understanding of architectural project workflows from concept to construction documentation • Experience with material research, specification, and coordination with manufacturer representatives • Knowledge of how architects evaluate and select building products • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail • Ability to systematically document and reproduce technical issues • Comfort learning new software tools and platforms quickly • Basic understanding of web applications and software development cycles • Experience with or willingness to learn bug tracking tools (ClickUp) • Excellent written communication for clear bug reports and documentation • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong presentation skills for sharing research findings • Self-motivated with ability to work independently across multiple projects • Strong team player mindset with genuine commitment to product quality • Intellectual curiosity about how architects work and what they need • Patient and thorough approach to testing and problem-solving • Empathetic listener who values user feedback and different perspectives • Proactive in identifying issues before they impact users • Dedicated to improving the daily experience of architects and designers • Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED/WELL standards (preferred) • Familiarity with CSI MasterFormat and specification writing (preferred) • Previous experience in software testing, QA, or user research (preferred) • Interest in construction technology and digital transformation of AECO industry (preferred)
