📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand user pain points and business goals, using methods such as interviews, usability testing, field observations, and qualitative and quantitative research. • Map user journeys and navigation flows, identifying friction points and opportunities. • Define information architecture. • Translate business and technical requirements into user-centered solutions. • Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. • Ensure visual consistency, usability, and accessibility across interfaces. • Validate hypotheses and prototypes with stakeholders and users. • Actively participate in squad ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, refinement). • Deliver clear handoff materials and specifications to engineering (handoff via Figma/Storybook). • Support the product and technology teams in prioritizing and discussing solutions. • Conduct heuristic analyses and monitor usage and satisfaction metrics. • Run A/B tests and propose adjustments based on evidence. • Document design learnings and iterations. • Maintain and evolve the design system with new components. • Ensure visual standardization and consistency across products and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with an end-to-end case study portfolio. • Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam). • Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability. • Experience in user research, usability testing, and quantitative analysis. • Experience with design systems, documenting decisions, and engineering handoff. • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
