• 3-5 years of project management experience • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices • Experience in literacy, mathematics, and nonprofit program design preferred • Proficient in Asana as a project management software • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • High level of initiative, critical thinking, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail • Belief in equitable design practices in education • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
