• Join the revolution in business messaging. RCS for Business is one of Google's fastest-growing initiatives, fundamentally redefining how organizations worldwide connect with their users. • Create a holistic strategy to develop and scale customer advocacy content, including case studies, video testimonials, and speaker opportunities. • Lead the strategy and execution for launching our social media presence to amplify RCS for Business awareness, content, and brand messaging. • Monitor social performance and community feedback, providing insights to cross-functional partners and proactively testing new tactics.

🎯 Requirements

• Execute the day-to-day implementation of the customer reference program for RCS for Business, serving as a key external contact for some of the world’s most recognized brands • Create and implement a holistic strategy to develop and scale customer advocacy content, including case studies, video testimonials, and speaker opportunities, to demonstrate the ROI and impact of RCS for Business. • Identify and onboard new reference customers. Manage and monitor customer reference activity, keeping data current and accurate to ensure BD, Product, and Marketing teams have ready access to compelling customer stories. • Lead the strategy and execution for launching our social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, industry-specific forums) to amplify RCS for Business awareness, content, and brand messaging. • Integrate social media activity with global campaigns and content programs, ensuring assets are effectively amplified to targeted industry audiences and prospects. • Monitor social performance and community feedback, providing insights to cross-functional partners and proactively testing new tactics to uncover opportunities for awareness and audience growth.
