📋 Description
• Write and ship production code daily — you are an active contributor. • Work on Ruby, Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, and even C++. • AI is at the core of everything we do; engineers write tech specs, and AI agents implement them. • Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and design discussions. • Own the entire product lifecycle: tech specs, implementation, testing, delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering • Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, architecture) • Strong backend expertise: APIs, HTTP, Databases, MVC • M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
