📋 Description
• Assist in defining the vision and roadmap for Acronis RMM. • Collaborate with MSPs, customers, and internal teams to identify opportunities for innovation. • Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Work with R&D and UX teams to oversee development and ensure timely rollouts. • Partner with marketing, sales, support, and design to ensure successful product launches. • Track key metrics to evaluate performance and guide product iterations. • Promote product features and benefits to clients and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in product management with hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. • Experience in in-house development, OEM integration, managing complex roadmaps. • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, RMM, ITSM tools. • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or large enterprises. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, or vulnerability management tools. • Deep understanding of MSP and IT team personas. • Proven ability to lead, build consensus, and deliver results in a multi-stakeholder environment. • Experience conducting customer discussions and gathering requirements. • Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
