📋 Description
• Planning & Readiness • Gain a deep understanding of Acronis product licensing and stay up-to-date with Azure Marketplace policies and technical requirements to ensure correct implementation of Acronis SaaS offering on Azure Marketplace. • Ensure the Azure Marketplace offer aligns with broader Acronis goals and integrates seamlessly with existing processes. • Act as a primary liaison between Acronis and the Microsoft Azure Marketplace team. • Development & Launch • Own the end-to-end process of launching and maintaining a transactable offer on Azure Marketplace. • Work with Product and R&D teams, and facilitate communication throughout the development process inside Acronis to ensure fast go-live release and high-quality integrations. • Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with Product Operations and Finance teams to ensure operational readiness of Acronis's offer on Azure Marketplace (e.g., SKUs configuration, BI reports, revenue recognition, forecasts). • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketplace, and Marketing teams to develop Azure-specific messaging for partner and sales enablement materials. • Work with the Customer Support team to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience for customers. • Maintenance & Optimization • Monitor key metrics and performance of the Azure Marketplace offer. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all processes related to Azure Marketplace integration, including technical, operational, and business aspects.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Management. • Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces — experience with Azure Marketplace (preferred), AWS markeptlace, and/or Google Cloud Markeptlace. • Experience with Distributor Cloud Markteplaces, such as ALSO, Pax8, Ingram Micro, TD Synnex is a plus. • Proven experience with SaaS product licensing and B2B subscription models. • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and work closely with R&D teams to ensure alignment. • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and document processes effectively.
