📋 Description
• Comfortable working 100% remotely with the intention to move to Australia • Highly self-motivated and commercially driven • Experienced in full-cycle recruitment and billing • This role is ideal if you want to work your own sector, build your own client base, and control your earnings — all while working from anywhere. • You'll also have the chance to build towards Australian visa sponsorship after establishing strong performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Be eligible for an Australian working holiday 417 visa travelling on a UK passport. • Proven recruitment experience (agency). • A minimum of 2 years is required in agency recruitment as to obtain sponsorship 5 years experience is usually required. • A track record of high billings • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage your own desk • Reliable internet and remote working setup • Willingness to work the Australian time zone if choosing to work prior to arrival.
