📋 Description

• Design and improve the cloud structure of the data platform across AWS, Azure, or GCP • Ensure the platform supports many clients simultaneously • Build fault-tolerant systems that recover automatically and remain operational during production issues • Create clear APIs, templates, and common tools for internal developers • Monitor and optimize cloud servers and tools such as Kubernetes to control costs • Identify outdated system components and plan incremental legacy-code improvements • Review team designs and define technical standards • Provide technical guidance and resolve architecture questions • Ensure security and customer-data protection are built into the platform architecture • Define platform performance monitoring so failures can be diagnosed within minutes • Prototype and evaluate new technologies before company-wide adoption • Work side-by-side with the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Principal Engineer working with cloud SaaS products • Experience with systems handling large volumes of data • Real-world experience with microservices • Experience with containers, including Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with messaging systems • Proactive identification of system failures and cloud overspending, with proposed solutions • Developer-focused approach to designing usable tools • Excellent written and spoken English skills • Ability to explain complex technical problems simply to developers and executives
