📋 Description
• You will work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them into a flawless execution plan • In this role, you will be a provider of actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels • This is not a spectator role. We are looking for builders, drivers, and doers not observers • Impact here requires courage, not words • Success in this role comes from mindset, not just experience • We want someone who takes ownership, leads with action, and thrives where excellence is earned through hard work within a high-performing team
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments • Exceptional communication abilities ; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiences • You're a systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes • You're comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance • You maintain composure and effectiveness when facing tough stakeholders • Proven experience in high-accountability and fast-paced environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement) • Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impact are a must • A heart for teamwork, collective mindset and someone who prioritizes the we over the me • Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory : You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment • French and German will be highly valued
