• Design and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to promote Action1 and increase customer engagement. • Plan, execute, and manage email campaigns from concept through execution to analysis. This includes A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. • Craft compelling and targeted email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action. • Set up and optimize automated marketing workflows and transactional emails. • Track and analyze email performance business impact. • Perform A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize impact of campaign efforts. • Align email marketing activities with corporate guidelines, business objectives and best practices. • Drive and support social media accounts.
• Fluent English, great writing and communication skills. • Proven experience in email marketing (at least 2 years) • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a plus). • Data-driven and analytical approach to work. • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools. • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
