📋 Description

• Manage diverse caseload of clients • Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and satisfaction • Develop and maintain individualized care plans for each client • Collaborate with marketing team to execute marketing plans • Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities • Provide ongoing education on marketing strategies • Stay up-to-date on industry trends • Attend networking events to promote services • Present reports on client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • High level of organization and attention to detail • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
