📋 Description

• Act as the focal point for a varied portfolio of payroll clients with minimal supervision • Process and review end-to-end Irish payrolls of varying headcount and complexity within agreed timelines • Host and chair regular governance calls with clients • Track progress, review performance, and identify improvement opportunities • Maintain current payroll manuals reflecting processes and legislation • Prepare payroll calendars and checklists, and ensure checking sheets are completed • Answer and resolve complex queries from clients, partners, and colleagues • Prepare and upload ROS submissions and handle clients’ Revenue queries • Prepare and upload MFF submissions to NAERSA and respond to auto-enrollment queries • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues directly or through escalation channels • Keep customers fully updated on service management • Communicate service-delivery risks promptly to clients and managers • Develop innovative solutions and mitigations • Support colleagues with technical and legislative knowledge to ensure consistent customer service delivery • Report to the Payroll Delivery Manager

🎯 Requirements

• IPASS certified with at least 5 years of proven experience in Irish payroll processing, ideally in a busy bureau environment • Experience with Megapay would be a fantastic asset • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple payrolls • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Ability to identify errors and follow them through to resolution • Strong customer service skills and ability to build solid working relationships with clients • Ability to take ownership of challenging tasks • Action-oriented and willing to step up under pressure • Proficiency with databases, systems, and software packages, especially Microsoft Excel
