📋 Description

• Co-develop new features for the Acture platform across both backend and frontend • Collaborate with the team to discuss ideas and actively shape the user experience • Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve platform stability, performance, and scalability • Test and QA features before deployment to ensure high-quality releases • Work with a modern tech stack including Ruby on Rails, RSpec, Capybara, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and maintain a clean, efficient, and sustainable codebase

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer • Strong, in-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails • Bachelor-level thinking and working ability • Solid understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL), REST APIs, HTML, and CSS • Familiarity with MVC frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Understanding of architectural patterns and system design principles • A strong focus on clean code and thorough testing • Good communication skills and fluency in English (C1 or higher)
