📋 Description

• Review draft Casper content, including scenario ideas, video scripts, and questions • Assess cultural relevance and sensitivity in the Australian context • Assess respectful and authentic representation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities where applicable • Assess clarity, realism, and accessibility of language • Assess appropriateness across professional and everyday settings • Identify potential biases, stereotypes, or harmful representations • Review inclusive language and adequacy of context or content warnings • Flag confusing, inappropriate, or insensitive content • Provide clear written feedback to support improvements • Collaborate asynchronously with the Content Team to clarify or expand on feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Currently living in Australia • Strong understanding of the local context, culture, and communities • Particularly Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander lived or professional experience • Excellent written communication skills in English • Ability to provide clear, constructive, and thoughtful feedback • Critical thinking about abstract ideas • Ability to assess content for nuance, fairness, and relevance • Experience or background in education, psychology, clinical training, assessment development, literature, DEI, philosophy, or similar is beneficial but not required • Must not have taken the Casper test in the past two years and must not plan to take it in the future • Alignment with Acuity Insights' mission • Fairness and cultural sensitivity • Empathy and professionalism • Self-awareness, including awareness of personal biases and their influence on judgment
