📋 Description

• Lead development of controller and display platforms. • Build and mentor a high-performing hardware engineering team. • Ensure successful development of new products from concept through production introduction. • Manage progress, risks, schedules, and deliverables. • Oversee hardware/firmware testing and apply APQP methodologies. • Communicate development status and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic or computer engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in hardware engineering leadership/management and 5+ years developing complex electronic devices. • Embedded systems, MCU/MPU architectures, displays, switch-mode power supplies. • Full mastery of the development lifecycle (design reviews, EVT/DVT/PVT). • Human-centered leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage shifting priorities. • Knowledge of HVAC and automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus). • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
