📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operation of SaaS delivery environments • Drive strategic initiatives for reliability, scalability, and quality of service • Resolve complex support cases submitted by partners and customers • Provide exceptional customer service and help desk support • Lead incident management and day-to-day monitoring • Ensure services and applications operate optimally and meet SLAs • Administer and maintain Acumatica SaaS deployment lifecycle operations • Operate and maintain AWS environments • Support, diagnose, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments • Use PowerShell to automate operational tasks, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration • Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize systems, processes, and technologies • Drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent • At least 5+ years’ experience in relational databases, preferably using MS SQL • Experience with database design and optimization • At least 5+ years’ experience managing websites, preferably using IIS • Experience with web application development and deployment • At least 5+ years’ experience in basic scripting, such as PowerShell or Python • At least 1+ year’s experience with standard development practices, such as Jenkins and Git • At least 1+ year’s experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure • Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, Docker, Helm, Terraform/Ansible • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Strong customer service skills and experience handling technical escalations • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure just-in-time environment • Experience with Accounting, ERP, or other business management software is a plus • Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex application and infrastructure issues • Ability to participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule
