• Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations. • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across various departments. • Collaborate with senior management to assess operational needs and align strategies. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and promote best practices. • Prepare and present reports on operational initiatives, outcomes, and key performance indicators. • Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development and project work.
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. • - 5+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field. • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams. • - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software. • - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • - Demonstrated experience in project management or change management is a plus. • - Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
