📋 Description

• The Infrastructure Manager leads a team of Infrastructure Specialists and DevOps engineers and ensures the smooth and efficient operations of our Azure and On Prem Data Centers and Infrastructure. • Works closely with the software development, IT Help Desk and business teams and handle all cloud operations and on prem operations as well as develop and maintain infrastructure code and pipelines. • Ensures the security, reliability, and scalability of the cloud and on prem infrastructure operation through regular monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. • Hires, mentors, and builds a high-performing team of Cloud Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers and DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Develops and implements a strategic plan for the Infrastructure Operations department, aligning with the company's goals and objectives. • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, to ensure timely delivery of projects and effective issue resolution. • Hands-on implementation and management of continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and other relevant tools. • Monitors, analyzes, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Infrastructure Operations department, driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure and application development processes. • Designs and implements a zero-downtime deployment strategy, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance across all systems. • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing system performance. • Leverages Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Azure ARM templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. • Develops and maintains documentation and training materials to support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and skill development within the team. • Travel as needed to support company requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/CE or equivalent work experience • 3+ years leading Cloud and On Prem based Infrastructure and/or IT/DevOps teams • 4+ years’ experience managing cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure • 4+ years’ experience utilizing at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell, Python, or Bash • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Time-management skills • Experience managing Infrastructure and Cloud Operations Teams in a multi-state and multi data center environment • Manage and configure Azure Cloud based and Microsoft on prem environments • Expert in Microsoft Azure and On-prem systems management. For example, Entra/Active Directory, Azure subscription setup and management, MS365, Office365, InTune • Long term experience with Networking, Security, and Firewalls • Virtual server management, operations and maintenance in both On Prem and Azure configuration • PowerShell or similar scripting languages for orchestration of cloud and on-prem operations. • Azure DevOps or Jenkins
