• Voice of the business within the BI and Automation team • Translate operational needs into actionable priorities • Ensure the team is solving the right problems • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog • Translate user needs into clear, testable requirements • Lead UAT and define success criteria for reports • Drive continuous discovery for BI & automation innovation

• 5+ years in BI, product, or operational analytics roles • Experience with Power BI • Agile/Scrum knowledge • Process improvement skills • Strong business acumen • Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills
