📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing software development projects within the healthcare and human services industry • Leading and managing software development projects from initiation to completion • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies • Preparing and delivering regular project status reports to stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in healthcare software development • Providing leadership and guidance to project team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent demands • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the healthcare software industry • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, Zendesk) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in healthcare software development
