📋 Description
• Responsible for working with leadership to shape the technical direction of the program • Gain exposure into people management • Support leadership in partnering with peers to meet delivery requirements • Enhance communication and leadership skills to successfully manage through direct reports • Participate in interviews with new candidates and develop/grade homework • Responsible for hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management and team development
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience • 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience • Experience with communicating and leading tasking efforts to support delivery • Proven experience supporting technical and back end projects • Ability to obtain/maintain any of the following: CSPO, CPM, CSM or other related certification • General understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations • Experience in implementing AI-powered productivity tools to enhance team workflows
