📋 Description

• Identify, pursue, and close high-value integrations of AdGem into leading mobile apps, loyalty programs, and publisher platforms across APAC, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia and Greater China markets. • Leverage an existing network and industry expertise to quickly establish new revenue-generating partnerships. • Own the full strategic sales cycle – from prospecting and consultative selling through deal negotiation and contract execution. • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, aligning AdGem solutions with their monetization and user engagement goals. • Work closely with globally distributed teams across product, operations, and account management to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner growth. • Represent AdGem at key APAC industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to grow brand awareness and pipeline. • Maintain strong market intelligence across the APAC ad tech ecosystem, identifying emerging verticals and partnership opportunities. • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a disciplined, strategic pipeline within the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, or performance marketing sales with a proven track record of closing strategic partnerships. • Strong existing network within mobile publishing, loyalty, rewards, or ad monetization ecosystems, particularly within the APAC market. • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full sales cycle and develop new partnerships from the ground up. • Fluency in English (required). • Additional regional language proficiency such as Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus. • Fluency in AI concepts and applications as they relate to ad tech, user acquisition, and monetization. • Deep understanding of ad tech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, etc.). • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including proficiency with Excel or similar tools. • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a remote-first, high-growth environment. • Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across APAC. • Based in the APAC market.
