📋 Description
• Own the execution and delivery of product priorities in collaboration with the product management team • Align technical solutions with business needs and product vision • Lead the technical architecture and design of our software, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement • Drive technical discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and technology strategy • Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new technologies where appropriate • Lead by example in writing high-quality, maintainable, and robust code
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in SaaS, fintech or related fields • Deep expertise in modern software development practices and a broad range of technologies and frameworks • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams • Experience in architectural design and decision-making for scalable, high-performance systems
