📋 Description

• Produce high-quality, on-brand posts, Reels, carousels, and stories • Edit and repurpose event clips into short-form videos • Write personality-driven captions • Plan and manage the posting calendar with designers and editors • Engage daily with community members through DMs and comments • Connect with creators, brands, and influencers to grow reach organically • Promote events, collaborations, and opportunities • Coordinate vendor outreach, sample partnerships, and collaborations • Support giveaways, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships • Track engagement data, share insights, and optimize performance • Keep social channels aligned with the community’s mission

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form content (Reels, TikTok, carousels) • Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, scripting, or content creation • Strong engagement, community-building, and connection skills • Ability to multitask across creative and operational tasks • Self-starter who takes initiative and identifies opportunities • Passion for conscious living, entrepreneurship, or personal growth is a plus • Must be based in Mexico/LATAM
