📋 Description

• Manage Paid Social accounts for a range of brands • Oversee six- to seven-figure advertising budgets, with a focus on profitable growth • Develop data-driven strategies to scale revenue, ROAS, and other KPIs across the entire funnel • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta and TikTok • Develop setups that deliver short-term performance and long-term scalability • Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign, funnel, and shop data, including conversion rates, CAC, and MER • Derive actionable measures to optimize creatives, targeting, and budget allocation • Create and analyze reports using tools such as DatAds • Work closely with clients and advise them on performance, tracking, and eCommerce topics • Present strategies and data-driven recommendations in meetings • Develop hypothesis-driven briefs in collaboration with the Creative Team • Ensure that creatives contribute to performance goals and funnel stages • Systematically test new approaches, scale successful initiatives, and continuously evolve existing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing with Meta and TikTok • Experience managing six- to seven-figure Paid Social budgets • Experience with conversion-driven campaigns and profitable growth • Experience planning, managing, and scaling campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and ideally TikTok • Experience with conversion and sales campaigns • Strongly data-driven approach to work • Knowledge of tracking, attribution, KPI analysis, and reporting • Familiarity with commonly used analytics tools and attribution models • Understanding of the impact of creatives in a performance marketing context • Ability to develop data-driven hypotheses and engage target audiences throughout the customer journey • Confident and professional client-facing presence • Ability to explain complex relationships clearly and understandably • Clear, numbers-based communication and reasoning • Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking • Excellent understanding of business impact in eCommerce
