📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies • Plan and optimize campaigns, particularly Meta and TikTok Ads • Prepare weekly reports • Analyze relevant KPIs and optimize accounts based on data • Work closely with the Creative Team to develop new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages • Present current performance data during weekly client calls • Derive and implement actionable recommendations • Strategically support clients’ continued growth by leveraging internal resources

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Paid Social Ads, ideally in an agency environment • Holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs • Expert knowledge of Paid Social • Excellent communication skills when working with clients, empathy, and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative • Ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results • Experience providing subject-matter leadership and mentoring team members • In-depth understanding of tracking and attribution
