📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for internal business systems • Work closely with internal process SMEs and Technical Leads to identify and resolve issues • Ensure solutions deployed to internal business teams are reliable and meet user expectations • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery and SDLC phases • Execute test cases and analyze results • Identify, report, and track bugs using a bug-tracking system (e.g., Jira) • Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to support releases and one-time initiatives • Perform regression, functional, and performance testing to ensure a smooth user experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers/admins, product managers, process subject matter experts) to understand product requirements and design • Stay current with changing industry standards and test strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Software QA Tester or similar role • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle • Experience with testing tools • Strong understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box testing) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and a commitment to Quality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present complex solutions to non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Certifications considered an asset: Salesforce CPQ; Salesforce ServiceCloud; Salesforce ExperienceCloud; Salesforce Admin/ Advanced Admin; SAFe Certification, PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile based Certification • Exposure to: Certinia (FinancialForce); Gearset; Ironclad CLM; Docusign; NetSuite; Databricks (including AI Agents); ETL tools such as boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft
