📋 Description

• Work in small, agile teams with minimal supervision, setting priorities and managing client interactions. • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of high-value projects. • Gain exposure to a wide variety of technical challenges, new technologies, and complex problem-solving opportunities. • Turn lessons learned from client engagements into scalable, long-term solutions. • Collaborate closely with Addepar’s engineering and product teams to share insights, inform design strategy, and contribute directly to our core product.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a professional Software Engineer. • Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages (Java and/or Python preferred), and/or compiled languages (Go, Rust, Scala preferred). • Experience building systems with relational or NoSQL database storage. • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or another technical field, paired with professional software engineering experience. • Strong ability to lead complex projects, manage timelines, and build strong working relationships. • Comfortable working in cross-functional and collaborative team environments.
