📋 Description
• Own the day-to-day execution of LBA's logistics operation. • Monitor the live order pipeline, including open, overdue, and aging orders. • Assign owners and resolution dates to at-risk shipments. • Manage carrier exceptions and coordinate customer communications with CX. • Run weekly carrier billing reconciliations and recover billing discrepancies. • Onboard seller allies through configuration, carrier mapping, SLA setup, pilot orders, and go-live validation. • Activate contingency playbooks for peak events and monitor carrier and seller readiness. • Build and maintain a live operations dashboard covering volume, OTIF, exceptions, aging, and seller OTD. • Coordinate across sellers, carriers, CX, finance, and other stakeholders. • Produce operational summaries, seller feedback, escalation emails, and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or 3PL/carrier environments in Colombia • Proven experience owning last-mile or marketplace logistics operations • Personally owned operational KPIs including OTIF, OTD, exception rates, and cost per shipment • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field • Hands-on experience coordinating carriers such as Coordinadora, Servientrega, TCC, or similar • Experience managing delivery exceptions end-to-end • Ability to hold carriers accountable with data while maintaining functional relationships • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Ability to pull and cross-check large order datasets • Ability to perform data-based root cause analysis • SQL, Databricks, or Looker experience is a strong plus • Experience running freight reconciliations across labels, pickups, and invoiced charges • Experience identifying and recovering billed-weight errors and duplicate charges • Ability to coordinate across sellers, carriers, CX, and finance • Experience onboarding external partners into operational workflows, including configuration, training, testing, and go-live • Experience building structured checklists and tracking go-live progress • Experience in marketplace logistics is a strong plus • Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling operations • Comfort with daily standups, weekly reviews, and shifting priorities • Willingness to actively leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automated workflows • Conversational English level required, assessed through the application form
