📋 Description

• Drive hedging strategy and execution across Addi's warehouse facilities • Protect the balance sheet from FX and interest-rate volatility • Ensure full covenant compliance • Provide a real-time, reliable view of the company's liquidity position • Build and validate standardized daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasting methodology against actuals • Map and document covenant structures, hedging requirements, and reporting obligations for every warehouse facility • Define and implement hedging strategies for each warehouse facility based on risk appetite and instrument constraints • Build and launch live Databricks/SQL dashboards tracking hedging positions, market risk exposure, and covenant headroom • Systematize Banco de la República regulatory filings and track required forms by account and operation type • Collaborate with risk and compliance teams • Identify process improvements, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years working specifically in a front-office / money desk role within a bank, financial company, or fiduciary institution • Proven experience in Treasury Front Office operations • Hands-on experience executing, monitoring, and closing FX and derivative transactions • Experience ensuring compliance with Banco de la República FX regulation • Experience maintaining documentation and reporting for regulatory inspections and audits • Knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and data visualization tools • Experience designing and maintaining interactive dashboards • Experience applying analytical models to improve forecasting accuracy • Knowledge of fixed income, money markets, and FX products • Ability to evaluate counterparties and market conditions • Ability to interpret economic indicators • Ability to manage multiple workflows and competing deadlines • Ability to develop systematic processes for transaction tracking and documentation • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external financial partners • Conversational English level is required by the application form
