📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end analytics process—from data collection and transformation to insight generation and visualization. • Partner with leadership across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to identify key metrics, define success criteria, and measure business impact. • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that empower teams to make faster, smarter decisions. • Build our reporting capabilities and support the enterprise in internal and external reporting needs. • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data reliability, scalability, and accuracy. • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, and revenue trends to surface opportunities for growth and efficiency. • Support executive decision-making with clear, data-backed recommendations and scenario modeling. • Collaborate with engineers to enhance data infrastructure and advocate for best practices in data management. • Help foster a data-driven culture across the organization through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a data-focused role within a fast-paced, analytical environment—consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup (preferably fintech). • Deep understanding of business dynamics and comfort working cross-functionally to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear, data-driven narratives. • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-accountability environment and can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams. • Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines. • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences alike. • Passionate about our mission to make personalized financial expertise more inclusive and accessible.
