📋 Description

• Create thoughtful, impactful experiences that empower users to make confident financial decisions. • Simplify complex financial concepts into clear, accessible product experiences. • Own product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with product and engineering teams. • Ship significant features and contribute to the development of design systems and product foundations. • Craft high-quality experiences that deliver measurable value and thrive in ambiguity.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products. • Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions. • Experience in contributing to or building scalable design systems. • Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals, with a knack for simplifying complex problems. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly evolving product requirements. • Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products. • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and tradeoffs. • A collaborative spirit that positively contributes to team culture.
